A very elegant Derby coffee can, dating to c1810, with superb landscape painting of "Near Aston, Staffordshire" by Robert Brewer.  Set on a deep cobalt blue ground with arabesque gilding.  Ex J. A. Robinson Collection.
Factory mark and title in red.  No gilder's number.  Tiniest amount of wear to gilding, otherwise excellent.
