The most fabulous early Derby mask head jug in "Rodney Jug" style.  Superbly decorated to the front and back with fancy birds, possibly the work of Fidelle Duvivier.  Dates to c1765 and with patch marks to the base.  Brown line rim and attractive moulding beneath the mask head.
