A fine Derby sugar box or sucrier, with named landscapes of "In Wales" and "In Italy" by George Robertson, c1810.
The sucrier features rope twist handles, enhanced with gilding and stands on four bun feet.  The landscapes are set amongst rich, scrolling honey gilding.
Factory mark and landscape titles in red, no gilders numbers.   There is some loss of gilding to the handles and the lid has a tight hairline crack to one side, 
which goes from the rim towards the central finial.  Displays well with this side turned to the back.
