A very elegant Derby plate, moulded in Nantgarw manner with and featuring an attractive turquoise ground rim. Dates to c1810.
The C scrolls around the rim are highlighted in white enamel and gilt and there is a central motif of a lyre, also in gilt.
Factory mark in red and with gilder's number 7 at the footrim. 
A little wear to the turquoise ground here and there, and small firing flaw to right of the central motif, otherwise very good condition.
