Beautiful Derby coffee can with pixie ear handle, decorated with large spray of hand painted summer flowers, along with two sprigs.  Gilt band at rim.  Dates to c1810.
Factory mark in red, with gilder's numbers 42 and 35 at the footrim.  Excellent condition.
