A fine Chelsea red anchor plate, featuring superb hand painted fancy birds around the rim, alternating with delicately ribbed panels.  To the centre of the plate are bouquets of flowers in the "Deutsche Blumen" style.  Brown C-scrolls around the lobed rim.
Marked to the underside with a red anchor.  Stilt marks.
In very good condition - just a little wear to the enamels of the flowers and a little to the glaze in the well.
