A fine Chelsea plate with feather-moulded rim, feathers of green, edged in brown.  One large hand painted flower bouquet to the well of the plate along with several smaller sprays.  
Marked with a brown anchor.  Ground foot rim.  
Two small areas have been restored at the rim, one has discoloured slightly, but does not detract.
