A good Chelsea Derby heart-shaped dessert dish with central bouquet and scattered sprigs by Edward Withers. Light blue band around the rim, edged with gilding and with swags of blue husks, hanging from gilt loops.
Marked with crown over D in blue.  
There has been professional restoration to the left-hand side of the dish and to the foot rim.  This has been extremely well done and is difficult to detect from the upper side. Slight wear to gilded rim.
