A Chelsea-Derby fluted tea bowl and saucer, hand painted in polychrome enamels of festoons of summer flowers, gilt leafy scrolls and two-tone pink scale border, highlighted with gilding.  There is a further small rose spray to the base of the inside of the cup.  c1770.
No factory markings, but both have ground foot rims.  Saucer has impressed "T."  Tea bowl in excellent condition, just slight loss of gilding to the outside of the rim only.  Saucer with minute wear to the odd high spot of the flutes and to the gilded band to the underside around the foot rim.
