A stunning Derby soup plate from the late Bloor period, dating to c1830.
The plate is decorated with cloud shaped reserves of summer flowers and with large central bouquet, set on a superb cobalt blue ground, enhanced with gilding.
Marked with gothic crown and D in red.  In very good condition, save for a faint hairline to the underside of the rim.
